Testimonial #8

Tonight we attended the CADS “THANK YOU FOR THE MUSIC MRS CAMPBELL.” It was an amazing tribute to Helen  Campbell (who passed away earlier this year) by the talented members of the Crookwell Amateur Dramatic Society.

The evening was compared by the great Richard Ferris and featured the beautiful and powerful voice of Misha O’Brien singing a solo as well as, I think I counted 25 CADS members, singing songs from productions, some from 30 years ago.

Helen (the “other” Helen) Lowe was fantastic on the piano with Dale Chalker on the drums.

For me, the feature of the night was the singing duo of Helen’s twin granddaughters Emily Campbell and Kathleen Campbell - they were amazing!!! The Show is on again next weekend - 11th & 12th November - Saturday and Sunday Matinees. I would thoroughly recommend it to everyone!
